Learning to Crochet...?

A bit of a question here really...I would like to learn to crochet, can anyone recommend a beginners book?  Not sure if it makes a difference but I am left handed.  All suggestions GRATEFULLY received...can you tell I have been watching the BELOW??

Hi there! Well I learned by attending a class held at my local John Lewis - I know they do those all over the country. It was a whole day, £40, all food included, and it was absolutely brilliant, totally worth the money since I also came home with nice yarn and good crochet techniques!

Oh that sounds interesting... I am also looking to see if my local knitting shop might run a workshop - they have just started a knitting one!
Thanks so much for the response

Hi sweetie, I was very lucky to have been taught by my Nan when I was about 7. I went back to it a year or so ago and could still remember how to do it. Once you get in to a rhythm, there'll be sparks coming from your hook! I would like to learn more detailed techniques though! So make sure you share what you learn!
