Thank Crunchie it's Friday

This week at Chez Marleys:

:: Work has been CRAZY busy  ::
(working long and very late hours has taken its toll)

:: The weather has definitely turned - I can hear the wind whistling down the chimney tonight ::

:: We both have colds.  I started on Monday and am beginning to feel a little better (ish), Marleyman's started yesterday.. sniff sniff...cough cough ::

:: We finally had a milk delivery!!! ::
(many phone calls and a £10 compensation credit later and I was asked to try again)

:: We are working our way through bags of Clementines in the hope that the Vit C will help with the colds ::

:: I took delivery of a new kitchen bin ::
(I will try not to sound too excited but I love it!)

That is it - too much work and feeling very under the weather has meant no walks and nothing much else really.  But hey - it is Friday and we have a visitor on Sunday for the SUPERBOWL!

Happy weekend!

Sorry to hear you've both been sick. So far, knock on wood, we have not had any colds or flu. But it's still out there! Keep up with the Vit.C and fluids and get plenty of rest. Sounds like Mom, right? After our bitter cold last week, minus 8, minus 17 and minus 22 with highs barely above the zero mark, yesterday and today in the mid 40's but snow predicted again tonight. FLorida and Arizona really sound good right now.

Oh my goodness, best NFL guide EVER. Why did I not have this on Sunday night?!

I KNEW it was simialr to rugby league. At least I picked something up.

There also appeared to be men running on and off the pitch of their own free will but then I remembered something about how each team have totally different offensive and defensive lines - is this right?

I've come to the conclusion that Superbowl is not the best time to try and learn the rules because it's so stoppy and starty given all the ad breaks, it's too difficult to try and find a rhythm of play. I'll have to see if any of the Freeview channels show it when the new season starts!
