Why the blog title then? Well, within about 30 mins of getting up, the sun had burnt off the mist and gloom to reveal the most gorgeous blue sky day!

Couch to 5k update: day off today, but feeling less achey. HOWEVER, I am due to start week 2 tomorrow! This is up'ing the amount of time I run for...wish me luck!

Just don't over do it! But go for it! Running and I have never been friends, more the fast walking type.
